This week, Sure Origin Group received two customers from Italy at our factory. Their visit was not sudden, but the result of nearly one month of continuous communication. At the beginning, the Italian customers contacted Sure Origin Group because they were facing a real problem. Several solar power projects they had participated in were entering the end of service stage, and a large number of waste solar panels needed to be handled properly. They were looking for a practical solar panel recycling machine, not a theoretical solution.
In the early stage, we mainly communicated by email and video calls. The customers shared their background in renewable energy and recycling, as well as the actual condition of the solar panels they needed to process. Some panels were broken, some were complete, and the sizes were not fully consistent. Sure Origin Group did not rush to recommend equipment. Instead, we asked detailed questions about daily capacity, available factory space, labor conditions, and local recycling requirements. Based on these details, we proposed a suitable solar panel recycling machine solution and explained both the advantages and limitations honestly.

After several discussions, the customers decided to visit the factory in person. Before their arrival, Sure Origin Group prepared real solar panels and adjusted the solar panel recycling machine to match their material conditions as closely as possible. When the customers arrived, we first showed them the workshop and assembly area, not just the finished machines. They wanted to see how the equipment was built, not only how it worked.
During the live test of the solar panel recycling machine, some unexpected issues appeared. One concern was that glass separation created more fine dust than the customers expected. Instead of avoiding the topic, Sure Origin Group stopped the machine, adjusted the feeding speed. Another issue was that their factory space in Italy was limited. We discussed layout changes and suggested a more compact arrangement for the solar panel recycling machine line.
The visit lasted longer than planned, but the discussion was productive. By the end of the day, the Italian customers had a clear understanding of how the solar panel recycling machine would fit into their project. The visit ended without exaggerated promises, but with clear next steps and mutual trust. For Sure Origin Group, this visit was a meaningful step toward real cooperation built on practical understanding and honest communication.
