1. Resource utilization of copper and toner in the cathode material of waste lithium battery can be realized through the combined process of hammer vibration crushing, vibrating screen sorting and air flow sorting;
2. The negative material can be effectively separated from the carbon powder and copper foil by hammer vibration crushing, and then the copper foil and carbon powder can be preliminarily separated by vibration screening based on the size difference and shape difference between particles;
3. For the broken particles with particle size of 0.125-0.250 mm and low copper grade, air flow separation can be used to achieve effective separation between copper and toner. When the air flow speed is 1.00 m/s, good recovery effect can be achieved.
4. The lithium ion recycling plante is mainly used for lithium ion battery manufacturers to separate the aluminum, copper and anode materials in the scrap anode and cathode pieces for recycling purposes. Complete set of equipment in the state of negative pressure operation, no dust leakage, separation efficiency can reach more than 90%.
