Sure Origin recently received two important local clients from Fujian Province, who specialize in electronic waste recycling and processing. The clients have long-term and stable raw material supply, with a monthly PCB waste material volume of up to 500 tons, and they were seeking high-efficiency and stable PCB dismantling equipment to upgrade their production line and improve overall processing efficiency.
During the factory visit, our technical staff gave the clients a detailed introduction to the structural design, working principle, energy-saving performance and daily maintenance of our PCB dismantling machine. To eliminate the clients’ concerns about actual operation effect, we organized a professional on-site equipment test with their actual PCB materials. The test results showed that the machine features thorough dismantling, high working efficiency and low material loss rate, solving the pain points of incomplete separation and low output in traditional dismantling equipment.
The clients were deeply impressed by the reasonable mechanical design, superior performance and stable operation of our 1000-model PCB dismantling machine. Combined with their large monthly material processing demand, they finally confirmed the procurement of 3 sets of 1000-model PCB dismantling machines. All equipment will be inspected and delivered within this month. This cooperation fully proves Sure Origin’s reliable product strength in the field of electronic waste dismantling and recycling.
