Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming a customer from Chile to Sure Origin Group. The visit was focused on our Copper Wire Recycling Machine, as the customer is planning to expand their cable recycling business in South America.
Before placing an order, the customer wanted to visit our factory, see the equipment in person, and better understand how the Copper Wire Recycling Machine performs in real production.
A Closer Look at the Production Workshop
After arriving at our factory, we first showed the customer around our production workshop. They were interested in every stage of the manufacturing process, from raw steel cutting and welding to machine assembly and electrical installation.
Our engineers introduced the main components of the Copper Wire Recycling Machine, explaining how each section works together to achieve high copper recovery and clean separation.
The customer spent quite a bit of time checking the machine details and discussing the wear parts, motor brands, and maintenance requirements.

After the machine test, we sat together to discuss the customer's project in Chile.
