This week, Sure Origin Group had the pleasure of hosting two professional clients from Japan, who made a special trip to China to inspect our aluminum plastic recycling machine. The two clients have been engaged in the recycling business in Japan for many years, mainly handling large quantities of waste medical blister packs, food packaging scraps, and other aluminum-plastic waste. With Japan's extremely strict environmental regulations and high requirements for waste treatment, their existing equipment has insufficient separation precision, resulting in low purity of aluminum materials and poor economic benefits. Therefore, they are eager to introduce an efficient and stable aluminum plastic recycling machine to enhance recycling value. During our previous online communication, the clients put forward very specific requirements for the processing efficiency, separation purity, energy consumption control, and noise level of the aluminum plastic recycling machine, especially focusing on the equipment's adaptability to different types of aluminum-plastic waste.
To ensure a smooth trip for the clients, we booked a conveniently located business hotel for them in advance and arranged a special car to wait at the airport. After picking up the clients, we took them directly to the hotel for a short rest. Early the next morning, the car picked up the clients on time and drove them to the factory. Considering the clients' eating habits, we prepared Japanese-style refreshments in the meeting room. Upon entering the workshop, we first gave the clients a detailed introduction to the overall process flow and core technical advantages of the aluminum plastic recycling machine. Subsequently, we conducted an on-site test run using the local Japanese aluminum-plastic waste that the clients had sent in advance. The clients observed carefully throughout the process, and from time to time communicated with our technical engineers, personally checked the equipment operating parameters, and even put on gloves to touch the key components during operation to feel its stability. After the test run, they carefully collected the separated aluminum powder and plastic pellets, and used their own testing tools to compare the purity, being very satisfied with the results.
After the visit, we invited the clients to lunch, where we further discussed details such as equipment installation, later maintenance, and technical support in a relaxed atmosphere. The clients highly praised our professional reception and the excellent performance of the aluminum plastic recycling machine, stating that it was the most suitable equipment for the Japanese market they had inspected. They will immediately start the project approval process upon returning to Japan, looking forward to signing the purchase contract for the aluminum plastic recycling machine with us as soon as possible. We will continue to maintain close communication and provide comprehensive support services to the clients.
