Efficient Waste Wire Recycling with the 600 Model Dry Copper Wire Recycling Machine

We recently had the opportunity to showcase the capabilities of our 600 model dry copper wire recycling machine through a video we posted on YouTube. The video highlighted the trial run of the machine, demonstrating its ability to effectively dispose of waste wires. This attracted the attention of a customer who reached out to us for further information.
In the video, we demonstrated the process of the 600 model dry copper wire recycling machine in action. The waste wires were manually fed into the double shaft shredder, where they were efficiently shredded. The resulting mixture of copper and plastic was then transported to the specific air gravity separator via a conveyor, enabling the sorting process. Additionally, a power dust collector was utilized to handle any airborne particles generated during the operation. As a result, the machine was able to deliver pure copper and plastic at different discharge ports, achieving an impressive purity rate of 99.1%.

The video served as a powerful demonstration of our machine's capabilities, prompting the customer to reach out to us for further discussions. Due to the ongoing epidemic situation, the customer was unable to visit our facilities in person. Instead, we requested the customer to send us a sample of the raw materials. Using the provided sample, we recorded a comprehensive video showcasing the entire process, from the initial crushing and separation to the extraction of copper and plastic. This video was then shared with the customer, who expressed great satisfaction with our machine's performance.
During the subsequent email exchanges, price negotiations became a topic of discussion. The customer had reached out to several other factories, hoping to secure a lower price. However, we took the opportunity to explain the industry's overall situation and provided a thorough analysis to the customer. After careful consideration, we decided not to reduce the price, as we believed our product's value and quality were worth the investment. The customer acknowledged our reasoning and mentioned the need for internal discussions within their company. Consequently, the negotiation temporarily halted.
Approximately two months later, the customer reestablished contact with a firm decision. They provided us with detailed requirements and requested us to draw up the contract. Following that, the customer promptly signed the contract and the necessary invoice was issued. The customer then proceeded to make a deposit, marking the beginning of the production process in our workshop. Despite some initial challenges and changes along the way, we successfully completed this order to the customer's satisfaction.
The successful cooperation with this customer brought us immense joy and reaffirmed the value of our products. We are delighted that our efforts were recognized, further boosting our confidence in providing high-quality recycling solutions.
