This morning at 11:30, I received a customer from China at the factory.
I maintained consistent mobile communication with our Chinese customer in advance and waited at the factory to prepare for their arrival. Shortly before his arrival, we went to the factory gate in advance to warmly welcome and receive him.

After meeting the customer, we first fully understood their requirements and demands. We then focused on showing him the targeted PCB dismantling machine. He was interested in and provided a complete equipment demonstration and explanation. The customer’s materials are special: instead of common printed circuit boards (PCBs), they need to remove and sort tin from transformers and electronic components of varying sizes. We addressed all his questions in detail based on their specific application scenarios and reached a clear consensus. The customer will send material samples to our factory for testing after returning; we will evaluate the actual results and then provide a customized technical solution.

During the visit, the customer also inquired about our copper wire recycling machinne. As he is engaged in recycling business with stable material sources, he has some scrap copper wires from other processing procedures, though this is not his core business. We will follow up and communicate further to confirm his potential demand.
In addition to the above two machines, we also guided the customer through the working process of our PCB crushing and grinding production line and introduced our prototype equipment in the factory. Later, the customer learned about our lithium battery and solar panel recycling projects and showed strong interest in lithium battery processing equipment. Since lithium battery production lines are located at our another factory and it was approaching lunchtime, we first took a break in the meeting room, reviewed material samples, and held in-depth technical discussions.

At 1:00 p.m., our technical team and the customer drove together to the other factory to inspect the lithium battery processing equipment. As the customer’s purpose was preliminary understanding, we conducted a general tour and basic explanation of the equipment and production line layout.
The whole visit was efficient and constructive, laying a solid foundation for subsequent sample testing, solution design and further business cooperation.
After completing all the necessary investigations, we reached an agreement with the client: the customer would send materials for testing, and we would maintain contact until the test results were available before discussing specific solutions.
