This week, Sure Origin Group welcomed two customers from Belgium to our factory for an on site visit focused on a lithium battery recycling machine with a capacity of 500 kg per hour. The visit was the result of several weeks of steady communication and practical discussion. The Belgian customers first contacted Sure Origin Group because they were planning to enter lithium battery recycling and wanted to clearly understand what the real process looks like, not just what is shown in brochures.
In the early stage of communication, the customers explained their background in recycling and waste management. They mainly collect used lithium batteries from electric bicycles, small energy storage systems, and industrial equipment. Their main concerns were safety, stable operation, and whether the lithium battery recycling machine could run continuously at 500 kg per hour without frequent downtime. Sure Origin Group shared real project experience and explained honestly which parts of the process require careful operation and which parts are more automated.
After several video meetings, both sides agreed that a factory visit was necessary. Before their arrival, Sure Origin Group prepared the lithium battery recycling machine according to their material type and expected output. When the customers arrived, we did not start with sales talk. Instead, we walked through the workshop, showing them how machines are assembled, tested, and adjusted before delivery. This helped them understand how Sure Origin Group controls quality in real production.
During the live demonstration, the lithium battery recycling machine was operated close to the 500 kg per hour capacity. One difficulty quickly became clear. Some batteries still contained residual power, which raised safety concerns for the customers. Sure Origin Group paused the test and explained the pre treatment and discharge process in detail. We adjusted the feeding rhythm and showed how safety systems respond during operation. Another issue discussed was factory space in Belgium. Our engineers suggested a compact layout and explained how the lithium battery recycling machine line could be installed in stages.
The discussion was open and realistic. The customers asked direct questions about maintenance cost, spare parts replacement, and operator training. Sure Origin Group answered each point without exaggeration and shared cases where customers needed time to adapt to lithium battery recycling operations.
By the end of the visit, the Belgian customers had a clear understanding of how the lithium battery recycling machine works in real conditions. They appreciated the honest approach from Sure Origin Group and left with clear next steps for internal evaluation. The visit did not end with pressure, but with mutual trust and a solid foundation for future cooperation.
