The customer operates a number of recycling stations for waste aluminum-plastic composite materials including medical blister packs, aluminum-plastic composite panels and packaging. The aluminum-plastic separator can process 200-300 kg of materials per hour, through crushing, grinding, electrostatic sorting and other processes.

This aluminum plastic separation machine was bought by a USA customer and installed in 2020. Customer bought this machine is mainly for process scrap medical blister packs. By using this machine, scrap medical blister packs could be crushed and grinded into small powdery materials, and then separated by electrostatic separator to get recycled aluminum and plastic.
